Welcome to our neighborhood!

The Stanton Meadows Owners Association is a registered Washington State nonprofit Corporation. It was established in 1995 after development of Divisions 1 and 2 of Stanton Meadows began.

The community includes most homes located on 149th Street SE, and all residential homes located 150th Street SE, 152nd Street SE, 175th Avenue SE, 176th Avenue SE, 177th Avenue SE, 178th Avenue SE, and Stanton Street SE. NOTE: It does not include the Condominium project, (Stanton Village), located on 149th.

COVID-19 and the HOA Totlot

In order to do our part, we ask that residents refrain from using the play equipment at the Totlot.  Please inform your children that they should not be playing on the equipment.  We will be placing caution tape around the play equipment as a reminder not to use it as we cannot proper disinfect the play equipment to ensure the safety of our neighborhood and it's residents at this time.

Thank you for your understanding!

HOA Dues and P&L

The HOA board will be sending out the annual Stanton Meadows HOA news letter in the coming weeks.  Included is a reminder that your 2020 HOA dues must be paid by May 1st, 2020.

Our 2019 P&L statement has been uploaded for public viewing and transparency.  To view this, you can click here.

The HOA board is still seeking a volunteer to fill a vacancy we have on the board.  If you are interested, please reach out to the HOA Board via e-mail.

ANNUAL HOA DUES

As we wrap up the first quarter of the year and finish our taxes, it's the perfect time to make sure you pay your annual HOA dues.

Invoices have been sent out either via the e-mail we have on file or by mail.  You can pay your dues online securely through paypal.  You do not need a paypal account to pay your HOA dues through paypal.

Do you have questions about our Assessment Dues?  You can read our Assessment Policy page

Windstorm damages!

Hello neighbors!  We are aware of the knocked down fence in the Tot Lot and have reached out to the homeowner to help get this fixed as soon as we can.  If you are, or know someone who is, a contractor that works on fencing please feel free to reach out!  We'd love to keep the money in our community.

If you have damage to your property from branches that fell from a neighbor's yard we encourage you to reach out to your respective home owner insurance companies to get the matter settled quickly.

Tot-Lot Update

Hi folks!

Doggy bags have been replenished in the doggiepot container.  Thank you for keeping our tot lot clean from pet waste so we can all enjoy the park.

If you find the bags empty, let us know so we can restock them quickly for your convenience.
